I am the owner & operator of Beyond Fitness Family [BFF] which is an all women’s gym located in the heart of Shelby Twp, MI.
I’m a wife, dog mama to our puppers Flint, full time entrepreneur & superhost on Airbnb. My love for the business started about 5.5 years ago when I was juggling a corporate job & personal training at the same time (OMG, exhausting😵💫). I soon realized that the corporate world was not meant for me & took a leap of faith to make my business my full time career! If this sounds like you, I highly recommend it (it’s hard asf & an absolute grind but so worth it!!)
Fun fact about me is that you will always catch me on the go or jumping on a plane to my next destination ✈️
